Adopting better practices to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases (GHG) for a more sustainable coffee production and processing.
In 2017, Zalmari Estate, farm and mill, began the CO2 Inventory under NAMA protocols to measure where reduction of energy can be made.

Low Carbon Footprint:
2016: 1,52 Kg CO2 e/Kg green coffee.
